By accessing and using Fusion AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Platform Usage

Fusion AI is a marketplace for AI agents. Users must be 18 years or older to use this platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate descriptions of AI agents
• Deliver functional agents as described
• Respond to buyer inquiries promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Review agent descriptions carefully before purchase
• Use purchased agents legally and ethically
• Not redistribute or resell purchased agents without permission

6. Payment and Fees

All payments are processed through Stripe. Platform fees are 7.5% for Basic/Plus sellers and 5% for Premium sellers.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fusion AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
